Advantages of the LUBE MYS-7 Grease Cartridge
Lubricating elements for linear guides in industrial applications
Which machines is LHL suitable for?
LHL is commonly used in machines from Mazak ( P52LA000111 ), Makino ( Z192A1600010 ), Mori Seiki, Niigata, Jtekt, Koyo, Citizen, Tsugami, Denso, Toshiba, Daewoo, Howa, Quaser, Mikron, DMG, and Fanuc. It is particularly suitable for automatic lubrication systems in guideways, ball screws, and feed drives.
What is the difference between LHL-X100-7 and LHL-X100-4?
Both are high-performance greases from Lube's X100 series, but the -7 is slightly thicker and is particularly suitable for applications with higher pressure or temperatures. The -4 is slightly more fluid and ideal for standard CNC applications.
For which temperatures is it suitable?
The LHL lubricant remains stable and reliable at temperatures from minus 30 degrees Celsius to plus 250 degrees Celsius.
Is LHL lubricant environmentally friendly?
Yes, the LHL lubricant is biodegradable and does not contain any toxic substances.
Can I use it on all materials?
Yes, LHL lubricant is suitable for most metals, plastics and rubbers.
Is LHL X100 7 compatible with other greases?
Direct mixing with other greases is not recommended. Ensure the system is clean before use to ensure optimal performance.
How do I store the grease cartridges correctly?
Store cartridges in a cool, dry place between 0°C and 35°C. Avoid direct sunlight or frost.
